Chris designed and completed construction documents on a Spec home within an exclusive La Quinta golf club with very stringent design requirements. All I did was give him some general parameters of what I was looking for and he came up with a spectacular design, which he processed through both the Club and the City. Chris was very timely on both the design and construction documents and handled everything from beginning to end in a very professional manner. Chris is a very good communicator.
